    Designed for the advanced professional, this intensive course addresses current and cutting-edge topics including:  Unicode Search Engine; SaaS; Advanced Trial Presentations & Graphics; The Hybrid Production; The Evolving Role of Computer Forensics in Litigation; Online Document Review Tools; Managing & Motivating Litigation Support Staff; The e-discovery Questionnaire; Steps to Developing a Premier Litigation Support Department; Ethics & e-Discovery; Keeping the Costs Down and Under Control in e-Discovery.

    Who should Attend:  Litigation Support Managers; e-Discovery Managers; Practice Support Directors; Consultants; Attorneys; Paralegals; Litigation Support Analysts; Litigation Support Specialists and other individuals with litigation support background.

    This track consists of 10 hours of study for litigation support professional.
